Our 30 – Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the receipt date to request a return.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Include your order number and return reason when contacting us.

Return Shipping Labels:

For defective products, you’ll get a prepaid label (free return shipping). For customer remorse, you cover return shipping.

Return Costs:

Defective Products: Contact us first. If not resolved, a replacement will be sent.

Customer Remorse: Return within 30 days for a product – price refund. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.

Restocking Fee: None.

Exchanges:

Return for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Refund Process:

After receiving and checking your return, we’ll update you on the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to process it.

Order Cancellation Policy:

If your order is canceled (e.g., due to unavailability), a full refund will be given to the original payment method.
